Shipping Policy
Because of the digital nature of travel, shipping anything to a customer is a rare occurrence. In the event the customer and travel advisor mutually agree that documents should be shipped to the customer, we require 15 business day notice to ensure items reach the customer in a timely fashion. Customer must submit request via email to travelwisedestinations@yahoo.com.
Shipping is only available in the United States of America. Please add an additional five (5) day notification for customers in Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be addressed on a case-by-case basis, and will adhere to the policy of the travel provider. Travel agent commission, administrative and service fees are non-refundable, as service has already been rendered.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellation will adhere to the policy of the travel provider.
